This shoot wasn’t even supposed to happen if Kerah didn’t bring up the idea because originally I had contacted her on a totally different idea. I won’t give away the details of that one because it might end up happening one day so keep a look out. But due to our conflicting schedules, we couldn’t meet eye to eye, so it got pushed back. Originally, I tried scheduling the shoot before leaving to a trip to Bali in September (you can find that post here in my journal), but the date I chose, Kerah already had a shoot reserved for that day, so she suggests pushing it back to October. NEW Model Feature: Jessica Sunok
This is Jessica Sunok. An upcoming model who’s making a name for herself and I should add she’s coming up quick. She’s a winner of both Spocom Anaheim and Tuner Evo Philly bikini competitions. I mean I wouldn’t doubt her winnings. She’s friendly in person and easy going too. She’s hella professional and obviously ain’t a stranger in front of the camera. After the shoot, one of my homie’s that I shoot with, Kalen, brought up the fact that Jessica resembles Selena Gomez. I never thought that before meeting her but after going through and editing her photos, I could see exactly what the homie was talking about lol. So if you ever get to work with Jessica, she’ll be the closest you’d get to meeting Selena Gomez if you don’t ever think you’ll actually meet the real Selena Gomez lol!

UPDATED Portfolio Maternity Shoot
I know I post a lot of model portraits, but don’t let that stop you from thinking I can’t shoot anything else! Did this sunset maternity shoot for friends of a friend in July. This was before they were heading back home to Vegas and they requested to have some maternity shots done. My friend asked me and I happily agreed to do it. I like shooting maternity photos because to me, it’s such an important thing to document, especially if it’s going to be your first child, I mean why wouldn’t you want some memories?!

NEW Model Feature: Kerah
For those living in Hawaii, have y’all heard about AMMDI aka Aloha Made Me Do It? Wait why am I even asking that question?! Of course y’all heard or seen that brand at least once. If you’ve been living under a rock or just play games all day and have no clue what AMMDI is, it’s a local lifestyle brand from Hawaii making waves through social media and even possibly a store near you! Reason I’m bringing the brand up is because of this woman right here! Kerah is the HBIC of that brand! She’s currently a fashion major at HCC (Honolulu Community College) and has plans of transferring to FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) in LA to expand her knowledge and skills in the fashion world.
I first met Kerah through my partners, Brandon (BSV) & Kalen (kshotz), on one of AMMDI’s swimsuit shoots. Prior to that, we only chatted lightly through instagram after she saw some of my shots I did with other girls that were sporting one of her 1 piece swimsuits. Then the team and I helped a bit with another shoot for her line and after that I thought, “why haven’t I ask Kerah yet to shoot?” So I asked her one day and she was down for my ideas and here it is!

She might look familiar to you or she might not. If you really have no clue who this eye candy is, let me give you a hint. You might’ve seen her working at district night club, as one of the dimes (if you weren’t already shit faced drunk to even notice lol). This is Katie Daly. Young lady on the come up with ambitions in the fitness world. Yup, you heard me! I said, “in the fitness world.” So if y’all need some tips or training in the gym, she just might be your next personal trainer! Got to help out on another one of AMMDI’s shoots this passed weekend which consisted of a skateboard theme. Their clothing inspired by the legendary skate brand, Thrasher. This time there was a whole squad of people there for the shoot, including some local skaters that were at the park who were included in the shoot.
