Made In Hawaii – I STARTED A NEW BRAND

As you can see from the title, I CREATED A NEW BRAND! This isn’t a sub brand or anything relating to “SPhoto”. This is a totally separate thing all run by me. Of course it’s a Hawaii based brand since I live here in Hawaii, born & raised lol. I’d like to properly introduce y’all to the brand. I started this brand because not only did I want to own and wear my own apparel, but for those who don’t know, I’ve been in “the t-shirt game” ever since I start photography back in 2010. I used to push photo designs under my “SPhoto” name for a few years. Although I’ve had a few successes with some photo designs, but I realized it’s a bit difficult to sell those types of designs. I won’t bore you with the details but creating “Made In Hawaii” is my new business venture. I’ll be focusing more on typography and digital art types of designs from here on out. Maybe a few photo designs will pop up here and there but only if it can relate to the current project that’s being worked on new apparel.

This day at the printing shop was the official start of production of the very first t-shirt design. I stopped by the shop so I could document this for y’all to see what goes on behind the scenes, just in case you’ve never seen anything like it before. My printer that I’m currently going through is a homie from high school so I know the printing is in good hands!

I’ve set this brand to officially launch on April 13th this year. So be sure to stay up to date and follow my store’s instagram (@madeinhawaiisc) for current updates and upcoming drops.

Pass The Henny is another streetwear brand on the come up in Hawaii. It revolves around the popular alcohol, Hennessy. So for you henny lovers out there, this brand is definitely a necessity for your wardrobe! Don’t sleep on this and cop whatever you can because trust me, this sells out FAST! Aloha Made Me Do It “Lei Aloha” Design Are Available In Store and Coming Soon Online

This new design from AMMDI is called “Lei Aloha”. I did a quick google search of, “Lei Aloha” because I was curious to what it meant and it came back as, “Leialoha” (no space), which interprets to a Hawaiian name for babies meaning “beloved child”. This design dropped specifically for the women. AMMDI released this design in store already but soon to drop at their online store. The design only comes in one colorway, but there are 4 different styles you can choose from with a few color options for each style. Crop tees come in beige and white, crop long sleeves come in white and red, racerback tanks come in black and charcoal, and lastly the muscle tee only comes in white. Don’t sleep on these though, because I just got word that the crop long sleeves are SUPER LIMITED! So if you’re interested in copping this for yourself, you can find it at Pipe Dreams Surf Co. at Pearl Ridge Uptown near Ross or just wait for these to drop online real soon.

Aloha Made Me Do It (AMMDI) – Stone Love Video

AMMDI dropped their latest design, “Stone Love” this past friday 11.10.17. Check out their promo video shot by the homies BSVid & Kshotz. This is a pretty cool design especially that it has the Hawaiian flag incorporated in the tongue. I got the tee in white. Aloha Made Me Do It Coming Out With Rolling Stones Inspired Design. Dropping This Friday!!!

Hawaii’s growing brand, Aloha Made Me Do It, is rolling (stones) out with it’s newest design! Rolling Stones inspired design with the Hawaii flag incorporated in the tongue. This set, we shot the t-shirt and a denim jacket. Pretty rad pieces if you ask me! These are scheduled to drop this coming Friday (11.10.17). Simply Fit Apparel

Did a shoot with the creator of the new up and coming lifestyle/fitness brand, @simplyfitapparel. It is a motivational/fitness type of brand that’ll get you pumped for the gym or just to get you through whatever obstacle gets in your way.
